RETURN SHIPPING POLICY

Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying all return shipping costs. Return shipping fees are non-refundable and will not be included in your refund.

Refund Requirements:

  • Items must be returned to receive a refund
  • Refunds will only be processed once we receive and inspect the returned item(s)
  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and with all tags attached
  • Customers must use a trackable shipping method for returns, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit

Refund Processing: Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund for the purchase price only. The original shipping cost and return shipping cost are not refundable. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Non-Returnable Items: Final sale items, clearance items, and personalized products cannot be returned or refunded.
